This site "Answers to Islam" began in 1998 during my first year of college. Back then, like many new freshmen I was introduced into the great world of computers and internet. With such liberty in which a computer brings, one can communicate with people all over the world and share ideas as well as learn new things about many other different people. This liberty can be used for beauty or debasement. One thing that I seem to notice, in dealing with many interfaith discussions, is that there seems to be a grave misunderstanding about the religion of Christianity.

This lack of understanding doesn't just stem from Muslims but also many others including some Christians themselves. In this site you will discover many things that you wouldn't know about Christianity or would seem too hard to investigate. For the Muslim particularly, they believe that because they can't understand many things about Christianity, i.e., trinity, etc., it therefore must be wrong. This isn't credible and many followers of Islam would be quickly to reject such same illogical thinking if it was employed against Islam. The purpose of this site is to correct erroneous information as well as explain Christianity for what it is, not as what Muslims think it should be because of what they claim Islam says about it.

If we employ such methods, by intepreting every single religion based on Christianty thought's and principles, then a Muslim would be deeply offended along with any other religious followers of other faiths. However it is this same strategy that Muslim apologists and propogandists use against the Christian faith. This site explains such errorneous information propogated by many non-Christians and exposes them for purposely trying to misunderstand about this religion. It isn't a propoganda site which is used just to poke fun at Islam but it also examines, the Islamic faith under the same principles that Muslims attempt to apply to Christianity.

Muslims believe that Jesus isn't God based on what they claim that God says through Gabriel, to Muhammad. The problem with this stance is that the Muslim can't authenticate, in the first place, that Muhammad actually recieved his message from God. This is a very significant problem that they attempt to avoid addressing. By appealing to the Quran, the Muslim believes that this proves his or her point. Still the question remains to be answered, "HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT GOD ACTUALLY SAID THIS?" They don't, they can only assume, which is none other than a matter of blind faith. It is this same faith that the Muslim feels is substantial and proof of his/her position and it is from this point that they argue certain points and doctrines expressed in the Bible.

The Quran isn't the word of God because it says so, nor is it the word of God because Muslims believed that Muhammad believed that Gabriel, which is believed to be the same Gabriel came from Allah, which is believed to be the God of the Bible. Note: That last sentence was an purposedly meant to be longwinded. In other words when we investigate Islam further we proceed into an endless plethora of he say she say information. For Muslims to believe that the Quran is the word of God and well preserved, etc. and then prove it to others, we need more than just accusations against Christianity as well as a test to prove the Quran's claims.

This site explores all of these issues as well as address many Muslim used arguments from other non-Christians such as Jehovah Witnesses. There are some Muslims who will intentionally lie over the internet just so they can gain extra converts to Islam. 1. A Muslim will never tell an unsuspecting Christian first off that Jesus was never crucified or wasn't the Son of God. Why? Because he knows that the harsh language used in the Quran will quickly turn them off towards Islam. 2. A Muslim apologists who address many western audiences will relate many Quranic verses which agree very much with what the Bible says without elaborating on those that are a threat to Christian and Western values. Why? Because he knows that the best way to draw a Christian to Islam is to show just how much Islam is supposed to agree with Christianity.

These issues above are also elaborated on this website. If you sit back and look at religious discussions, there is no religion on earth that has been attacked more than Christianity. If a person claims to be a Christian and commits some henious act, the first thing non-Christians do is blame it on all of Christendom. If a Muslim commits this same act, the first thing that is done is to be rational and see if this person is misintepreting this religion and then refuse to blame all of Islam. Muslim apologists are notorious at using these same psychological tactics. This is also discussed here on this site.

Lets not forget the idea that Muslim civilization allows men to marry more than one wife while a woman is disallowed the same privilage? Why? If Islam is equal for both women and men, as apologists claim, why are women denied the same right? The issue of Pornography in the Bible is discussed also on this site. Muslims claim that it is offensive, but why do they marry more than one wife? If such talk of sexual nature is highly wrong then wouldn't it make sense not to engage in sexual activity with more than one woman? Especially when the sex talked about in the Bible is between husband and wife!

In order to invalidate Christianity, a Muslim particularly points to alleged errors and contradictions in the Bible. The problem with this is that no matter how many errors you find in a book, it doesn't validate that another holy book is correct either. One report can have errors, etc, and still be accurate and correct while another one can have perfect harmony and character and still be totally wrong. This is also discussed here.

This site isn't a site who purposely attacks Islam it is a site answering Islamic apologetics. It was started at the request of "Answering-Christianity" to answer their allegations which was presented on their webpage. It is more of a response site as well as an informational tool used to help people of all nations learn more about Christianity while exposing frauds and misinformation propogated by anti-Christians. Even though its message deals more with followers of the Islamic faith, this site can also be used to gain a greater deal of knowledge of how others think about Christianity. Most Christians need to learn more about Islam, it is imperative. The reason why is

  1. It is the closest non-Christianized (non heritcal) religion on earth to Christianity.
  2. Its message is very powerful opponent to the Christian religion.
  3. Islam is the epitome representing the differences between Isaac and Ishmael. (Christianity came through Isaac, Islam through Ishmael).
  4. You will gain a greater insight as to why the violence in the Middle East is taking place.
  5. Also you will learn why the teachings of Jesus on himself is important compared to what other religion's followers want him to be.
  6. You will learn ten times as much about the Bible, since many attacks on the Bible have to be answered correctly from the Bible.
  7. You will see just how non-Christianized religions try to fit themselves into what God claimed to have said.

This information is important for all whether it is discussing about Islam or anything else. There are also many things on this site in which doesn't necessarily involve Islam but addresses Islamic claims dealing with such things as alleged false prophecies in the Bible, Bibical corruption and inerracy, etc. If a page on this site is a response to a particular apologist, his or her comments are shown in green while our response and exegenesis would be in normal font. I hope all who read this site with an open mind, gain something new in knowledge, no matter the religious preference.
